Beer 101

In Beer 101, students acquire a thorough understanding of the basics of beer ingredients, brewing techniques, the differences between ales and lagers, and much more. Students will also have the chance to taste some great beer and learn about how beer is incorporated in to many modern day cooking techniques. Most importantly, students get to have a great time while learning about one of the best beverages on earth.
