Master Wine and Cheese
This class, designed by the Master School of Bartending’s resident sommelier Pierrick L’Hotellier, is tailored to the elementary wine drinker who wants a fun but thorough introduction to the wonderful world of the wine. Students will learn the fundamentals of wine, wine tasting and appreciation. Specifically, students will gain a better understanding of how to critically judge wine color, aroma, flavor, and body.
They will also get an introduction to wine concepts such as dryness, acidity, fruitiness, tannins, varietals, vintages, and more. The tasting of wine is also included. (Course length is 3hrs and the cost is $189.)
