Robust Reds and Stinky Cheeses

Is the cold weather getting you down? Do you need something to warm you up before the whether gets really bad? How about spending an evening with the Master School of Bartending’s own Pierrick L’Hotellier while tasting luxurious red wines and robust cheeses from around the world? In this course, while students sip on red wine and eat the most amazing cheeses, Pierrick will discuss the art of cheese making, as well as red wine and food pairings. It’s a night you will never forget! (Course length is 3hrs and the cost is $189.)
